Belonging

Reimagined

What is
Belonging Integration
?

Dr Mona Nour, therapist, professor, entrepreneur. Developed a model called Belonging Integration™ that reimagines the concept of social connection that humans inherently need.

self

Do I belong to myself?

interpersonal

Do I belong in my one-on-one relationships?

community

Do I belong in my communities?

universal

Do I belong in a larger system?

As a mental health therapist and identity researcher, I have heard countless stories. The number one word I hear is … anxious. Folx are feeling unsafe, unseen, rejected, and scared.

We are social creatures by nature. Yet, all of us have felt isolated at some point in our lives, especially in the last few years. We stopped belonging to one another and to ourselves.

I went on a quest to understand this human need, and developed a model called Belonging Integration™ that reimagines the concept of social connection that we inherently crave.
