Belonging
Reimagined
What is
Belonging Integration™?
self
Do I belong to myself?
interpersonal
Do I belong in my one-on-one relationships?
community
Do I belong in my communities?
universal
Do I belong in a larger system?
As a mental health therapist and identity researcher, I have heard countless stories. The number one word I hear is … anxious. Folx are feeling unsafe, unseen, rejected, and scared.
We are social creatures by nature. Yet, all of us have felt isolated at some point in our lives, especially in the last few years. We stopped belonging to one another and to ourselves.
I went on a quest to understand this human need, and developed a model called Belonging Integration™ that reimagines the concept of social connection that we inherently crave.
You can learn about belonging layers and life areas by using the Belonging Life Map, a visual map of your human interactions. Sign up for the newsletter to get your free map!
